Fine dining for restaurant enthusiasts on the North East Coast of the Island looking for something new! We were pleasantly surprised on our first trip to the Bistro. Immdiately we were surrounded with a warm ambiance and rustic, but elegant decor. A pleasant server greeted us, who was thankfully well versed in la carte du jour, which included a variety of steak, fish, chicken, pasta AND veggie dishes. They also offer a feature that changes every month. We availed of their Vino menu of course which complimented my order of Red Snapper with sweet potato fries MMMmMMM! Superb!! The presentation was also beautiful. Dessert was equally as delicious, cheesecake being my obvious choice, along with a chai tea from their eclectic hot beverage menu.
While enjoying our dessert the chef even made an appearance eager to hear our feedback. The prices were exactly what one would expect from a fine dining establishment and the experience was worth every penny. We also discovered that the Old Mill ruins were reconstructed mainly with recycled/reconstituted materials. Environmentally conscious business owners are always a plus in my book!
